How long will it take for someone to answer my email?

The majority of emails receive a response within 24 hours (monday-Friday). We also have a contact page on our home page or send us an email at info@salamofficiall.com.

Do not worry, we dont like passwords. Thats why we use code login, you get an mail with a code for logging in to your account.

How can I delete my account?

We can delete your account whenever you want. Send us an email at info@salamofficiall.com and we willl delete your account.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.yourstorename.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 2 hours, please get in touch at info@salamofficiall.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order has been paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order. If you want to cancel your order you can return your order and order the right products again.

I made a mistake with my shipping adress, can I change this?

Everybody makes mistakes! when you accidentally filled in the wrong adress, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the Netherlands will be delivered within 1 to 3 businessdays, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the EU may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

If you place an order outside the EU, customs charges may apply. For orders placed in countries inside the EU, there are no custom charges.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

My received item is damaged, what should I do?

We're sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. To send the item back please visit the Return Portal to register the return online. You can return the item to us free of charge.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days to return your order after the delivery, undamaged and in the original packaging. Return costs are not covered by Salam. We will refuse damaged or used items. Keep in mind that you can not return products that are in the Sale.

You can easly start the return request bij logging in on our website with the same email you placed the order in, you will receive a code in your mailbox. Keep in mind that we can decline your return request, so we encourage all people to give a valid reason for returning products. 

After shipping your return, you should receive a receipt with a tracking code so you can track the shiphment until we have received and proccesed your return. Salam cannot be held liable for missing items.

Once we received your return, we will do our best to process it quickly. Please keep in mind that during the holidays your request might require extra processing time.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item.

Is it possible to exchange items?

Unfortunately, you can not excange. However you can return the item and place a new order to still receive the item you want.

My payment has failed. What should I do?

Did you get the notification 'payment failed' after you went through the payment procedure? There are a few solutions: Delete your cookies and cache data, use a different browser or use a different payment method. If this doesn't solve the problem, please contact us.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 3 to 10 days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
